I have been neglecting the blog, and thought it was time for some updates. I will continue to keep it up to date. For real.
Starting from the oldest news forward, I will start with the Evergreen Drift Competition's first round, in ... APRIL. This event was the first one that saw all of the drift safari team at one event. On the way, Mat's clutch dies, and he is forced to spectate. He was not happy, but realized that sh!t happens.
Scott came to his first event in about 2 years, after battling cancer. Still rocking stockish suspension, he started to get used to the S14 again.

Pat was destroying in his now destroyed 2JZ powered S13.

Chris was out with his unpainted AE86 ripping it hard, here tandem with Peter Schroeder from Neptune D

During the day the competition was crazy, tight tandems, some close calls, an overall very exciting day. Here are some of the scenes of the battles.
Ian and Roland

Ian and Trent. The AE86's tire de-laminated and ripped off the sideskirt in this shot.

The end result was Ian winning first place, Trent 3rd, and Chris 5th in the round.
